Honey LaBAAneh Sheep Cheese

A thick, tangy, Middle-Eastern cheese; our Honey LaBAAneh is made by draining our Plain Yogurt to remove the whey, then adding in Pure Ontario Honey, creating a dense, spreadable product that is often served with olive oil, za'atar, and pita bread. Alternatively, you can use Honey LaBAAneh as icing on cinnamon rolls!
