Cooking Tallow

Grass-fed & finished cooking tallow carefully hand crafted in Ontario by friends of ours. They use suet from our cows, as well as grass-fed & finished suet from other regenerative Ontario farms. 

This is your essential, all-purpose cooking fat. Beef tallow contains no carbohydrates, and does not oxidize easily, meaning it doesn't break down into harmful compounds when heated. Additionally, it has a very high smoke point, making it ideal for high-heat searing.
