Double Golspie

Our Double Golspie is made in the style of a Double Gloucester. It is wonderful for snacking on and melts like a dream. Made with our pasteurized Whole Milk, it gets its unique colour from the addition of Annatto, a natural food colourant.

Ingredients: pasteurized whole milk, salt, calcium chloride, annatto, rennet, bacterial cultures.
