Magpie Cheese

A soft cow's milk cheese, with an ash-coated, wrinkly rind made in the French style. It starts out delicate and creamy but will get funky and ooey-gooey as it gets closer to the BB date. 2nd Place Winner at the RAWF in 2025.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, bacterial cultures, vegetable ash.
