Is our Grain Finished Beef in Bulk right for you? These cattle are rotationally grazed on our certified organic pastures for the majority of their life. For 90-120 days before slaughter they are fed a mix of hay, barley, oats, peas and corn. This method produces highly nutritious beef with exceptionally rich beef flavour. What's in a bulk beef order? Our bulk beef packages contain a variety of cuts including grilling steaks, stir-fry/marinating steaks, roasts ground beef stewing beef a variety of specialty steaks not normally available at retailers We look after all the details of the cutting so you don't have to worry about dealing with the butcher! All of the cuts other than the ground beef are vac sealed to preserve the flavour.
