The recipe for Roasted Garlic & Dill was inspired from a desire to play with beautiful Saskatchewan grown ingredients and produce a unique prairie made hummus that would knock your socks off. With the aroma of garlic roasting and punchy dill filling the air, it was a dash of this and a dash of that and Roasted Garlic & Dill Hummus was created.
