Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, black sesame seeds, extra virgin olive oil, malted barley flour, sea salt, fresh yeast

Contains: Wheat gluten, sesame seeds

May contain: Tree nuts, eggs, dairy. 

Each box of joystyxs contains 150g or approximately 30 styxs

joystyxs are shelf stable at room temperature in their unopened box up to 6 months from date of baking.
