Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, malted barley flour, sea salt, fresh yeast.

Contains: Wheat gluten

May contain: Sesame seeds,  tree nuts, eggs, dairy

Each box of joystyxs weighs 150g and contains approximately 30 styxs

joystyxs are room temperature shelf stable in their unopened package for 6 months from date of baking
