Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, filtered water, extra old white cheddar cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme), extra virgin olive oil, malted barley flour, sea salt, fresh yeast.

Contains: Wheat gluten, dairy

May contain: Sesame seeds, tree nuts, eggs.

Each box of joystyxs contains 150g or approximately 30 styxs

joystyxs are shelf stable at room temperature in their unopened box for 6 months from date of baking
