Try all three fish that we raise on our family’s eco-farms using humane and sustainable practices. We named this after the three rivers that flow through our farms in Grey County! Rainbow trout with a mild nut-like flavour similar to salmon. Coho salmon that is rich and meaty. Arctic char that has a lighter and sweeter flavour than it's cousins, the other two in the box.
