Raw Sheep milk Feta, ~150g in brine

Greek style feta made from the milk of our pastured grazing sheep. It is raw/unpasteurized but aged a minimum of 60 days to follow legal requierments. you can taste a hint of herbs and grasses the sheep where eating in the field while they are free roaming in the rotational grazing. Nestled in natural sea salt brine to preserve the taste and freshness. Crumbly but still creamy in taste. Prefect addition in your salad or just as is on tomatoes.
