Saint Oda

A soft cow's milk cheese, with a fluffy, wrinkly rind made in the French style. It starts out delicate and creamy but will get funky and ooey-gooey as it gets closer to the BB date. 1st Place Winter at the RAWF in 2024.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, bacterial cultures.
