Preparation Instructions

From Frozen

1. Thaw in refrigerator (or in water for ~30 minutes until sliceable).
2. Cube or slice to desired thickness (½ inch recommended).
3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5. Serve hot.

Air Fryer Option

1. Lightly oil slices or cubes.
2. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are crisp.

Pro Tip: The crispier the edges, the better the flavour.

Ingredients: Lupin, hemp seed, Rhizopus starter culture, salt.
